Note to members

Members must vote for the applications we get with either +1 or -1.
We count the final amount of +'s and -'s and if it's positive, the application will be accepted, if negative it will be rejected. If we get a zero, it's good enough to let the applier to join. d:

Also leaving some constructive criticism is adviced, if you see something the applicant needs to improve.
